The Edinburgh Crisis Centre offers short-term, emotional support to residents of Edinburgh who are 16 and over when they are facing a crisis. It is open 365 days a year. Breathing Space is a free and confidential phone service for anyone in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety. It is open 24 hours at weekends (6pm Friday – 6am Monday) and 6pm to 2am on weekdays (Monday – Thursday).
